I thought they since my situation was an emergency, last minute kind of thing, I would get charged way more but when the technician handed me the bill, I was quite surprised at how little it was. Way cheaper than what it would have been if I called a tow company. Thanks.

Removing the pad lock
I had just bought my first house a couple weeks ago and in the basement theres a door that's locked with a padlock. I tired literally everything to remove it. I was tempted to try a saw, but decided not to and let the professionals handle it, that's why I called you guys.

You sent a technician here the next day and get sent straight to work, and it was amazing at how easy it was for him to get it open. Thanks again !
