I had the same experience. I was told their services were in network and I paid up front the remainder of my deductable. Suddenly, I get a bill for over $5000.00. Not only that, I used a credit card - one I never use - to pay my deductable, and the very next day I had over $4000.00 worth of bogus charges on that card. VERY SUSPICIOUS. I would not go back, EVER!‎

This Surgical Center claimed they were IN NETWORK for my procedure, yet when it came to billing, they suddenly claimed they were OUT OF NETWORK. When I brought this mistake to their attention, they did not communicate with me, but sent my billing information to a Collection Agency instead. After seeing the clear paper trail of lies, the collection agency dropped the erroneous charges. Further, anesthesiologist, Dr. Jumper administered my anesthesia that day. When I awoke from KNEE surgery and was asked how I felt, I instantly stated that my neck and head were in tremendous pain. The Dr. and nurses were very confused by this.
It was determined by the Physical Therapist I went to for my knee rehabilitation that my neck and head certainly experienced a physical trauma and he worked on that area as well. I have since had pain. My post-operative evaluation form documents in detail that Dr. Jumper was very curt and unprofessional with me and I sincerely believe he mishandled and mistreated me while I was under anesthesia.
It's creepy and disturbing. Steer Clear of this Place!
