When my mother got older and she needed help I was always able to help her out. Unfortunately her condition worsened about 6 months a go and I needed an alternate source of help for her, and ended up choosing Special Touch. My mother is very pleased with the service they provide and so am I.
I am not exactly sure how far the Aides will travel to help someone, but my mother lives in the Bronx and there was an Aide there the following day after our initial consultation. Hopefully this helps. Oh and this is my first post so I hope I did this correctly.
