We've had our spa for about 6 years now. Purchasing the spa was a great experience - the sales rep helped us pick out one that fit our needs and our budget. We were able to try out the spa prior to purchasing it. We have had some minor problems with the spa but Spas Etc. was always ready to come and take care of our problem. The customer service from sales to service technician is unbeatable. They have even helped us free of charge by troubleshooting problems over the phone before sending a tech out. Great experience!
