Great value for the money. I have been here many times with large groups, their specialty. I have also been here with only 2-3 in my party.<br />
I've always had excellent food.

I've grown up going to the Spaghetti Factory and used to get nastalgic for their spaghetti and meat sauce. We went last night, prepared to wait and were told that it would be about 35 minutes. Fine - we went to the bar. We got a drink and sat for about 1/2 hour. Our number hadn't come up so we requested another drink. The bartender then proceeded to ask us three more times what we wanted (Jack and Coke - not difficult), served everyone around us and then served us the wrong drinks - all of which took another 30 minutes. After waiting over an hour, with abysmal service, we left and walked across the parking lot to Spadra - which had attentive, polite service and not to mention the best manacotti I've ever had. It's sad - but an era has come to an end.. I will never be back.. I can cook cheap pasta at home.

Wanted to share a great experience with friends who had never been there.What a mistake; there was no wait but our party of 6 was put in a tiny booth. We asked to move and they accommodated. Waiter was terrible; was annoyed whenever we asked for something.Spaghetti was dry, meatballs were too salty.The waiter offered dessert as vanilla or spumoni ice cream, chocolate mud pie or chocolate cake. I knew the ice cream came with the meal so I was pleasantly surprised they now offered cake. I then asked him does the cake come with the meal and he reluctantly answered no. My husband had to actually go after him to get containers for the leftovers. I will never go back nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This year we came here for Valentine's Day. The server was friendly, yet tried too hard to juggle many tables-we felt he did not live up to his welcome greeting. The food was okay, alfredo sauce was a tad watery and the portions were smaller than I remembered. Maybe it was the dish. Sourdough bread was fresh and hot. And the complimentary spumoni was yummy. Other than that, the experience was simply average. Great seating though as usual, very intimate.

Food is very good. Price is low. Atmosphere is cool SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
