Horrible!
They fired my usual stylist and suggested a new girl. This girl took 2 HOURS to put foils in my hair. I asked where she used to work and she said the salon at macy's!??!?
Needless to say I hated the color, and I cancelled the haircut because I was scared of what she would do.
I could not agree more. This place may look nice when you walk in but that's where it ends. Bad service, too expensive, and not a place I suggest you go.
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but that's the minimum rating. I brought my two daughters there and both haircuts were terrible. I think they had so many complaints they closed the Park Ridge location and moved to Des Plaines. STAY AWAY!!
Pros: It's closed Monday and Sunday.
Cons: Not very professional from the second I walked in. Bad cuts by Niko. Would never go back again!!!
