Very Pleased
I am new to town and have been looking for a salon to get my hair colored. I have tried some of the other salons in town but was not very impressed with the atmospheres and I was not happy with the way my hair looked. I was recommended by a girl at work to try Spa Bella, so I did. I could not be happier with the experience I received and I absolutely love my hair! The girls are very friendly and I was offered a beverage while I sat under the dryer. The salon was very clean and well taken care of. I was also very impressed with how much they do for the community. I have recommended this Salon to others and I will definitely be returning!

An Unforgettable experience by Sarah J. at InsiderPages
My sister in law and I recently visited Spa Bella for a pamper package. We were greeted immediately and offered a beverage. The unique house is amazing and the decor was exquisite! We really felt at home and welcomed. We each received a massage, facial and body wrap and pedicures. Each service was delivered with friendliness and professionalism. The rooms were spacious and we were able to stay together the whole time. The environment was incredibly peaceful and we definately will be coming back! Thank you Spa Bella.

We had scheduled a day of pampering for my best friend on the day of her wedding... months in advance I may add. We when showed up for the much anticipated event on Saturday morning, we were informed that we would not be receiving ANY of the services scheduled because the ONE person that was going to take care of all three of us was out sick since Thursday. None of us were ever notified of this. They even told us that they never called us. We were forgotten. But they were thoughtful enough to offer one of us an eyebrow wax, which was no one of the services we scheduled. The employees were thoughtless and inconsiderate. I am the first person to know sometimes unavoidable things happen and you just do the best you can. They never even called us within the prior two days to let us know. We were stuck. We didn't even have the option of trying to book another spa. This place is ridiculously priced for the quality of service offered. I agree with those who say I would rather spend the extra money to get it right but this is not the case at Spabella. I will never recommend this spa or return.

My daughter and I recently went to Spa Bella for a facial and pedicure. It was a wonderful experience. All customers are made to feel pampered and special. Very unique old house. Very pricey, but worth the experience.

Have your hair done by Carrie Miller!
I've been having my hair done by Carrie from the time I moved to Wichita Falls until I left (3.5 years). I am terribly demanding when it comes to my hair and expect a lot from a stylist. Carrie delivered every time. She always did my highlights perfectly and I was always happy with the hair cut. She even talked me out of dying my blond hair all red and instead put small red highlights in as a test run. The highlights looked great-just not on me so I was glad she suggested that instead of going along with my desire for red hair that would have looked horrible on me!
