Felt Screwed‎
I have an old Toyota forklift that didn't want to start. Southwest Materials Handling in Mira Loma came out the first time last August. Since then, they have replaced the ignitor (08/08), the starter (03/09), the regulator (07/09), battery cable, mixer and spark plugs (09/09). To date they came out 6 times and I have paid them $3310.16. I still have a dead forklift. I finally had a 3rd party professional give me a diagnosis and it turned out that the starter was bad, some parts didn't need to be replace, and described the work Southwest did as "Part Re-placers". So I called Southwest, spoke with Pete the manager there, and was told that I was just outside of my 6 month warranty on my starter. But he can give me a special discounted rate of $250 parts and labor to replace the part again, a part that I don't know how long it's been dead before I had someone else come out to take a look.
