I called and all I would get was a recording that said, "leave a message" So I continued to call thinking they were just busy. Finally a guy answered, in a rough voice "can I help you"? I said, " I was needing an estimate on a repair" His reply was " we are closed for the week call on Monday" (I am just visiting, need repair to leave lol) I just said "I won't be here Monday" he said "ok, bye"....lol...talk about rude, he could have at least changed his answering machine to say that they are closed for the week, and even a thank you for calling would be nice...............glad they were closed!‎

I was referred to this business by someone I trust, but was extremely disappointed in the quality of service and more importantly, their customer service. Not only did it take 3 trips there (with long waits each time) in order to get the job finally done, but I was yelled at each time whenever I asked simple questions like, "When can I expect to pick up my vehicle?" or "Why was this not discovered and corrected the first time?" I have a busy schedule and don't like wasting my time, so I tried to make a scheduled appointment, so they could get to work and finish as quickly as possible. They told me to just bring it in the morning, and they would get to it "whenever they could." In this instance, it was over 4 hours before they even looked at it. And then they tried to charge me for stuff they should have fixed the first time. When I asked to explain why I should pay even more now when this should have been discovered the first time, he would not explain ...
