We had a pediatrician on another side of town and she made me feel like an idiot when it came to my son (even though he was my first child), then we found Dr. fredrikz and we love her. My son doesn't hate going to the doctor, she always tells me there are no stupid questions and she makes me feel good about the care my son is in. I agree about the staff that answers the phones and checks you in though, they can sometimes be very rude but have gotten better in the year that i have been taking my child there.

My daughter thinks she's cool because she (Dr. Fredriksz) dresses trendy-confortable, yet trendy...some may think who cares what she's wearing, but if it helps an anxious 7 year old relax, then please keep wearing your Roxy shoes Dr. Fredriksz! Dr. Fredriksz is a thorough pediatrician and shows genuine concern to me and my daughter-best pediatrician by far!

Front desk staff can seem cold and unfriendly, they need to work on that! Otherwise, we love Dr. Fredriksz!!!

My children have been going to SS peds since they were born. Recently their dr. has retired, (Dr. Need) sad to say...but all the doctors there are fantastic!! I never have a problem getting them in to be seen, whether they be sick or well, and the wait time is very minimal. My oldest is 16 and she loves this office. They are patient and always try to answer any questions we may have. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!!!

My kids have been going to this office since they were born, and my son will be 11 in December. They have always seen Dr. Need who has recently retired and my youngest son's first doctor appt with his new doctor is tomorrow and I look forward to meeting them. Every doctor I have had the chance to experience at this doctor's office has always been very thorough and helpful, and I have always found the nurses to be that way as well. I also never have a problem getting my kids in to be seen. Although the only thing for the kids in the lobby is a table with some books, fortunately I have never found myself waiting too long for that to be a problem.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Gloyeske at Southside Pediatrics for the past 7 years. I have never once been disappointed.

Dr. Gloyeske goes out of his way to talk to my children to find if they have any of their own concerns regarding their health and well-being. He has always been caring and respectful.

When my son had to have surgery 2 years ago, Dr. Gloyeske was mindful to explain what was going on and what needed to be done in a way that my son could understand.

Now that we live an hour away and have an insurance that charges a higher co-pay for our visits to SS, I still can not bear to change physicians. I trust the care that my children receive at SS.
