I wouldn't always recommend going with the more competitive quotes, but these guys were one of the two lowest when we were shopping around. We gave them the go ahead during a rainy time, but the day the rain let up, they had our fence up the same day - that was almost a year ago, and we still get compliments on our privacy fence. They put gates on both sides of our home and an extra board along the bottom, that other companies wanted to charge extra for... I am sure they had it figured in the price, but they didn't try to do the whole bait & switch thing which was refreshing.
