yours was so much more constructive..... but they sucked for us. We were originally with Cityside, which was really bad, and once it merged it was horrendous. The employees sound about 12 years old and confused. And if they don't understand something they just say you are wrong. ...

I wish all banks can learn from them; always friendly, always helpful! There is a reason why WaMu and other banks are in trouble, their customers service sucks, wait, I don't think they even know what that means! ...
