Has a 98% approval rate with The Trane Company on installation and service. Negative review failed to say that ceiling was already severely damaged before new installation. Dealt with building owner and not tenant. Owner happy.

Ask for references before using. I hope that our disappointments were a once in a blue moon experience, and I hope that you can find others were happy with their service. However, this was our experience..... Southern Services handled the repair and eventual replacement of our entire HVAC system at our workplace. We were leasing this building so we were unable to choose the company. Once Southern Services began the new installation our problems started. One of the service men fell through the ceiling and created 3 ft hole. One of the new units was installed incorrectly which caused a leak. The leak caused another 3 ft section of the ceiling to fall to the ground. We contacted this company immediately. Once the serviceman arrived because it was near closing time you could tell he was disgruntled.
