Cheap costumes & party items by K W. at InsiderPages
This is a great place for a quick, cheap costume or party items but don't expect friendly or helpful service. The place is completely disorganized and most of the stuff looks like it's been sitting around for years untouched. They sell some more expensive custom-made costumes, but they hardly seem worth the price. Store closes early (around 6pm) on weekdays, even during Halloween season.

PROS: Cheap
CONS: Disorganized, non-helpful staff
