This company need to close it doors. They are the worst company in the world. My roof is leaking and now we have no way in getting contact with anyone. I should have gone with Patio Exposure. Anyone looking for a sunroom, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I am the 2nd person that this happen to, please trust us this company need to be OUT OF BUSINESS NOW!!!!!!!

This company, Southern Expozures of Kernersville, NC, is WITHOUT A DOUBT the WORST company I have ever employed for home contracting. They were arrogant, misled me, did not show up when they said they would, brought wrong products, the list goes on. The two most disgusting things this company did is they would not respond to me during the construction when I brought the errors to their attention and their finance person, an in-house employee, basically asked me to commit froud by backdating documents so they could get paid sooner! I immediately notified the bank and they instructed me not to sign the documents and sent a new, corretly dated, loan closing package. I have severel regrets including not turning the finance notary into the NC Secretary of State to have his Notary commission revoked.

AND NOW, ONLY 2 YEARS LATER, MY ROOF IS LEAKING.. AND GUESS WHAT? NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIRS.

I would NEVER recommend this company, including Tim Ferguson, to anyone, not even an enemy!

NO Service: We have been trying to get a broken window in our sunroom for several months now. When you call the office the auto attendent asks you to leave a message but now does not give you time to leave it. When we could leave a message no one would ever call you back. No service what so ever.
