My Corgi, Biscuit needed specialized, very difficult surgery. Dr. Cramer and his staff were professional, friendly and very concerned about him and us. It was all done as he said it would be, at the sum he said. No nickel and diming. But then Bicscuit required further surgery a few days later. Dr. Cramer had no qualms or ego about bringing in a specialist to do this because of the extreme nature of the surgery. Between Dr. Cramer and the specialist we got an excellent outcome where there was not a good prognosis prior to this surgery. I want to mention besides Dr.Cramer being so awesome and doing some incredible things to help us. There was Lisa his Vet Tech, that not only assisted the surgeries but was taking care of Biscuit and us afterwards. She has a special spirit,talent, knowledge, and kindness that is unsurpassed. She is truly the awesome blossom. And like Dr. Cramer, took the time to explain everything to us, no questions unanswered. I want to mention Dr. Kurowski who told us even though she was not involved in Biscuit's case, that she would be there if we needed her. Dr Pintzow who was so very helpful on the phone. And Keia who was especially kind,warm, and helpful as was Natasha, Sharon and Kurt. What a wonderful group of people through an especially stressful time. If you want folks who truly care about your animal, you and the outcome for your pet they are it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found this vet after being referred here by friend. Loved it! Very clean and comfortable. They led me right into a waiting room, which I appreciated. Dr.Downs was great--we wanted basic shots for our cat and she didn't pressure me into having more done (she did explain the other shots but didn't pressure). Spaying is only $109--great price at the places in Murrieta quoted me $200-$240. <br />
