Best dentistry Ive ever been to. Highly recommneded!

I don't ever recall going to a dentist and wanting come back again. My wife and I recently moved to West Sacramento and we decided to try out Dr. Dang. What's unique about Dr. Dang's office? He's not about volume. Have you ever been to a dentist office where there are more staff than there are dentists? And, what you end up getting is service from mostly assistants until the dentist rushes in and works on your teeth and then rushes out. That's not the case with Dr. Dang. On the first visit, his assistant took the x-rays for us and he did the rest. He examined our teeth with extremely modern equipment mentioned in other reviews; with extreme care. He then personally cleaned our teeth.

What else impressed me about Dr. Dang is that he does not push sales onto his clients. I did not feel any pressure to take a higher cost option over a more wallet-concious one. For example, I had a gold crown fall off one of my mollars. Other dentists may dissuade you from re-applying the crown, but he did a thorough exam of the underlying tooth and it's health and determined it would only cost $30 to put the original crown back on. Additionally, he did not exclude certain fillings like my son's dentist. Amalgam was an option! My son's dentist (Children's Choice Dental) defaults to the white, more costly option. The veneer stuff is great for front teeth, but for molar, I'd rather go with the cheaper, but more durable materials.

The point is that he gave me options without pushing sales on me. To contrast, my son's dentist at Children's Choice Dental in the Natomas is so heavily staffed and everything is about pushing sales. You don't get any service unless you pay. I"m not saying that I wouldn't pay for service, I just think they make you feel like it's simply business and you are a number.

Needless to say, my son, along with my other two children will become patients for Dr. Dang now. My whole family will go there. Even once we've moved from West Sacramento to Sacramento, we plan to continue to be Dr. Dang's patients.

I am a new patientof Dr. Dang I was so impressed. The up to date an knowledge of the Dentist and staff. I was a patient at another office who would have to sit hours just to your teeth cleaned. I was so impressed by the CARE and attentiveness they give to each patient. I would recommend them highly.

Dr. Dang is the greatest. I'm always impressed with how friendly and personable his staff are. One day I walked in to make an appointment and they greeted me by name. Dr. Dang has all the latest technology in his office and does a good job of getting to know his patients. I'd recommend him to anyone!

I really like Dr. Dang. Our whole family (Mom, Dad and 3-yr-old son), have been going to him for a little over a year now. We only recently moved to West Sac. He has really good rapport with my son and was able to get x-rays and clean his teeth (including fluoride treatment) on his very 1st visit to a dentist and subsequent visits also. Dr. Dang did an excellent job on my recent crown replacement and his staff is very helpful. I like the atmosphere and his equipment and knowledge seems to be state of the art. I really like the digital x-rays. And, you can watch movies while he works on your teeth if you like!
