You can be confident that the staff knows exactly what they're talking about, and the prices are pretty reasonable to boot. If you become a regular customer, you might be able to score some nice discounts, as well.

This place is chock full of anything you might need surfing-wise, from super pricey and high quality boards for the people you see out in the water at 5 AM on Tuesday mornings in January, and those of us who still have difficulty getting up and swallow a gallon of sea water while trying. Regardless, the people who work there are very informative and nice, but you do have to sort of hunt them down if you need some help. They also have a huge selection of bikinis, board shorts, shoes, sun glasses - anything you might need for the beach - but beware, it is right on the boardwalk at the pier - and this means pricey!
