As part of a larger order- shower enclosure &window glass replacements- I had them replace a small bathroom screen. When they came to install I wasn't home. I found the screen sitting against the wall. When I tried to put it in the window, it didn't fit. They refused to send someone out to take care of it. Said they were too busy. So, I brought it to them. When I picked it up and brought it home NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO IT! Again, I brought it back and was assured they would fix it and call me. I never got the call. Two months later I stopped by to pick it up. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO IT! With a sandwich in one hand he told me they were just too busy to do something so small but did offer to have his guys do it while I wait. He was actually offended when I said NO!
As a long time San Juan resident, I try to keep my business local, but I will never give them my business again. I suggest you don't either.
