South Bay Skates is the place to go!
Great skateboard shop to take the kids, lots of product and the staff has lots of knowledge. Kids love going there, and Dad likes looking at the old school skateboards they have onsite. ...

Great Selection of Skateboards and Gear
This shop is off of the beaten path and is a good hidden gem of a skateboard shop. The owner and his son usually work here. They have a large selection of skateboards from the new school double tailed skateboards to the old 70's style Alva Skates. He has his decks for a good price and you can usually find the hidden gems there. I recently bought a Madrid Re-Issue from him for about $150 total (Independent trucks, Bones Ceramic Bearings, Powell 85A wheels, etc.). He had a lot of different types of decks there and if your looking for something different I'd go to his shop. I plan on going back and getting another "vintage" 80's style deck or re-issue.
