I bought a used Yamaha V Star 650 cruiser here last year for a great price, in "as is" condition. Sales guy was real nice, but not very knowledgeable about cruisers or financing. He let me walk away with cash in hand…..Bikes great, but when they gave it to me after doing a once over on parks and liquids I had no oil in the bike, haha…..no problem, but come on guys, baby steps… Now since then I have gone here about 15 times for parts, helmets, gloves, windshield etc, always paying more than I should have, but the girls behind the desk are nice to look at……Adam is the only guy I have ever felt was customer service oriented and was always trying to close the sale, the rest of the people are just there to have an easy “cool” job, the parts guys not only know nothing about cruisers, but they just use their automated system for all the choices, kinda like taco bells makes tacos....oh and they have nothing onsite, its all "special" orders", so you might as well shop ...

even more issues with the service people... the service manager is ok....but other then that the rest of the staff seems to feel too damn good to give you decent service( by the way keep in mind i've bought 2 motorcycle in the past three ...
