I've known Charlotte Bell for more than seven years now, and I can confidently say that she is the most dedicated trainer and animal rescue advocate I've ever met. I know this from experience: when she heard that our dog Lucy needed to be kept on our small back patio (she doesn't get along with our three indoor cats) and had become unhappy and overweight, Charlotte drove all the way from her location in Manhattan Beach to our home in Moorpark to get her. Since then, she's kept Lucy free-of-charge, and has devoted her spare moments to exercising, training, and socializing her at South Bay Doggie, so that Lucy's weight has reduced steadily and her overall health has improved noticeably. Because our household will probably never be suitable for Lucy, we've given the go-ahead to finding her a new home, and Charlotte has begun to apply her dedication to helping with this project, as well. I can't think of anyone else who would go such a 'distance' to help so much!
