After my wife's accident, We took it to them (via the other's insurance) and are very satisfied.
Good, quality work on getting the panels back right and headlights fixed and adjusted correctly and a very good job matching the paint on a 3 yr old vehicle.

Even though the insurance balked at putting a new hubcap on that had fallen off after the accident (because it was broken during the accident) he still provided a new one for us for free.

Class act!

The owners are also real car guys...so they truly get the relationship people form with their cars...and that shows in the workmanship.

The painted my Lexus LS430 and it looks better than the day I bought it. The owner James called me every couple of days with a update and when the said it was done it was done. When I came to pick it up was I surprised ... it looked like a new car on the show room floor. In this day and age its hard to find good old customer service and pride in workman ship .... boy this place still has it !

Had 3 claims, one with major work but one that the dealership had already painted but had done a very poor job doing. South Bay repainted it to a point it looked like a brand new car and you can't tell if any damage was ever their.

However, they're main work is with Insurance companies so they talk to them before they discuss things with you. You definately know where they stand and it's not in your corner or theirs, it's in the middle, which can be a good thing but communication to you as the owner is key 1st before the Insurance companies, don't you think?

The service and the people here at South Bay Body Shop is a top-notch! I've been using them for years and never had any problems. The owner told me that they have been in business for almost 30 years. Very honest people and fast turnaround.
