I had purchased a boat from Raleigh, the dealer were I obtained the boat had a worked me up a qoute for a superior sound system but to my eyes it was extremely high. I had remember Sound Solutions at one time doing a few radio installs for my kids and loud systems they were, I Turned to them, Meet with Nate and Taylor, Two of the managers who set me up with a package close to what the dealer had for less then half the price. All I can say is it was a job well done, a Flawless, Factory look. Everything that was presented was delivered, Very knowledgeable staff, Skilled Technicians, with no limitations of what they can do. I will be back in a month to have another project done with them on a golf cart, This team has made me feel like I was a kid again...... Thanks again guys for all your time and patience Tim.‎

I purchased a sound system for my Volkswagon at best buy only to find out installation would be very expensive and timley. While speaking with their technician outside I peered across the street and noticed Sound Solutions. Long story short, I returned my purchase and brought my business to Sound Solutions. Not only did they get me a way better deal, they took my car right in to hook it up. Great price, friendly and skilled service, and a cool warranty. This place rocks!!! You guys should adverstise??‎

1st off they rush you so you don't notice their mistakes, and they'll try and get you to pay first. They tell you one price and then add in a whole bunch of stuff when you get there they could have said on phone(ended up to be actually cheaper at BEST BUY). The tint I asked for was not the percentage I wanted, off by like 5% then it had scratches in it. They tried to bridge my subs to my 2 channel amp which if unoticed could have caused serious damage to my amp. LIARS: tried to tell me first my speakers were blown and then that I had a bad amp(both of which were brand new). Now that I took the time to do it myself it sounds fine. I thought i would give them a chance after reading these other reviews but obviously they're fake and too similar. My girlfriend came in and not only did they up the price for her too but said something was wrong with the factory antenna: LIARS trying to take more and more money for less work. Also they turned down the Bass twice as if i wasnt ...

at this place with the sales guy telling me it'd take 45 minutes. I decided to wait on site, mistake. TWO HOURS LATER, I get my truck back. I get in my truck and things looked fine. I press the button to change the station and literally pushed the whole install kit through the dash ...

Staff very unprofessional, customer service lacking on every level. Had a stereo kit custom made with DVD/CD receiver installed. Good pricing and install, however after a day or so the kit started to become detached from the unit!! Instead of driving all the way to Greensboro from them to fix it, I simply sealed it with adhesive. Again, the install team did a wonderful job, however they should be more selective on who they hire to interact with the customers.‎
