I've been to this dealer like 3 times, not by choice, but due to the fact they are the nearest dealer to my home and have Saturdays open. Although, Saturday schedules works with my schedule, their service is so horrible that from now I will take a day off to go another dealer so I don't have to deal with them. They are rude, understaffed, and simply do not care about customer service. Now, I drive 20 or 30 miles during the week to go to another dealer who does show interest in their customers. Cerritos is wayyy better!

I bought a car in the Fleet Department from Carmen Rodriguez and it was probably the easiest experience I've had when buying a car. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and most of all, listened to what I needed to make the purchase possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a car in the near future.
