wow! i was shocked to read the other review. i have had nothing but great experiences with sons & daughters! they always have such a great selection of clothes and toys - plus a staff that is not only friendly, but knowledgeable - pretty hard to come by in nyc and online. i give sons & daughters two thumbs way up!

I ordered several of the bound books for my daughters party favors I am not a novice online shopper and have worked in retail for over 18 years. I never received the order and they said it didn't go through. There were no attempts to contact me nor to try and solve the situation. if you look at the order, it appears to have been processed.

In the future, iI will never use them, notmatter how wonderful their products may be. There is no excuse for bad service. They should decide if they are an online store and if so, pay attention to those customers too!
