owner acts like a psycho
The owner of this business is a very unstable roid rage creep. I have had 2 very unpleasant experiences with his rude, hostile, and very poor people skills. The first nasty experience he thought I was accusing him of putting a virus on my computer on purpose to come back to service my computer. He became angry on the phone and insulting my knowledge of computers. Somehow I managed to talk the crazy out of him for that moment. The last time, he cleaned my computer for viruses yet again. There was a problem with a nasty pop up that I was inquiring about. All I asked was if the virus software he installed should have blocked it. He became enraged and said he was sick and tired of idiots that can't understand their own computers and that I can go &*$#@ and hung up on me! I was absolutely horrified that this poor excuse of a human could be such a jerk. I called and left a message for his wife(Doreen lady that works there) that I was not trying to insult him,but that with that kind of behavior he should not be in business dealing with people if he has such a short fuse and I would never ever refer any one I liked to this scary clown.

HORRIBLE OWNER!!!!!
I went there to clena up a computer that was slow running. They were not able to power on the computer yet charged me 45$ for trying. I had my husband call to clarify what the fee covered OWNER became VERY angry, throwing his glasses across the counter and then the invoice (I had already paid him). He was soooo angry that we would even ask why he charged me this type of fee that he went off. It was not a place I felt safe being so I scooped up my computerand the invoice and promptly left while he was still on the phone with my husband.
Shortly after I left I called my husband to check in and he stated that the owner hung up on him!! I called to apologize if my husband came across the wrong way and to express my concern about his extreme behavior. Well.... he started yelling at me... I simply said that as a customer he should have explained nicly what service he completed to our computer and that would have been fine but to yell at me and then hang up on me as I was talking was RUDE and seriously unprofessional.
I truly understand that dealing with the public is hard but you should never treat your customers like that. The economy is in the tank and Sonoma is a small town so I hope my words will save many form the angry little man that owns sonoma computer.

I went there to clean up a computer that was slow running. At the time the computer was dropped off it was in good working order, just running slow. They inform us of a range of fees to work on the problem we dropped it off for. When they went to work on the computer they were unable to power it up, and so they took small attempts to find out why it wouldn't power up. We were informed to come pick up the computer and that they do not work on computers with power issues. During this call there was no mention of any charge for the small amount of time they took with a computer that they didn't even work on for the problem it was dropped off for. When I went to pick up the computer I was told that they wouldn't give it back to me unless I paid $42. I had my husband call while I was there to clarify what the fee was being charge for. When he began to question the charge the OWNER became irate and I watched as he cut my husband off, threw his glasses across the counter along with then the invoice (I had already paid him). He increasingly raised his voice and accused us of questioning his right to charge us. We just wanted to know why he would charge us for working on a problem that we didn't have when we brought in the computer and if he was going to chose to charge us inform us of this before we came to pick it up. I did not feel safe staying in the store due to his erratic behaviors, so I scooped up my computer and the invoice and promptly left while he was still on the phone with my husband.

I called back myself to try to attempt to find some common ground as to not leave the situation unsettled. When I began to express my concern about the reason for his extreme behavior toward us; Well.... he started yelling at me... At this he then hung up on me.

I truly understand that dealing with the public is hard but you should never treat your customers like that.
I have NEVER been treated so poorly or ever been yelled at by any associate at any store before. I have never been scared in a store by employees or owners yet when this man leaned across the counter and threw his glasses and the invoice and continued to yell, I knew I should not be there.
WOW! This owner should NOT be running a business.
