The jury is out on this dealership...
they've had our 2003 Audi Allroad for over 3 weeks with a faulty instrument cluster (the dash lights are going bad on one side), and some kind of problem with the transmission which was indicated by a check engine light and all the PRND transmission lights all simultaneously lit up...
these items occurred @ approximately 42,000 and 45,000 miles. They've offered to pay for the parts for the faulty instrument cluster, but want some hundreds of dollars in labor to replace their faulty product.
They also want us to pay for diagnostics and probably (perhaps costly) repairs on the transmission.
One of the coils also failed at approximately 42,000 miles...after sitting at the dealership for several days, they were able to get approval from Audi to replace it with out charge.
Basically this car has turned out to be a lemon in my opinion. (there have been other problems too)
The dealership is supposedly the one to make a decision whether or not to provide goodwill when these kinds of things happen, but the way they appparently work it, is that they apparently report to a dealer resource who then makes the decision on whether to repair their faulty product or not.

Should a $50,000 automobile have transmission failure at 45,000 miles? the car has been babied, never towing anything, never going to tahoe. Should dash lights fail at 42,000 miles? Shouldn't Audi stand behind their product, despite being past the 4 year warranty period given the types of workmanship failures that have occurred which have endangered our safety? i wou
