DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!! BERTHA SOLIS AND HUSBAND NORBERTO SOLIS are scam artists she (Bertha) convinced me to give her all of my money to build a home because the prices in fuel were going up and she wanted to lock in the price of my home at a good price. So I agreed and gave it to her (Bertha Solis). Well at the same time my mom hired her for some remodeling. They had trouble contacting neither of them, they never returned their phone calls or mine, and DOGS got better treatment then their employees. Once seeing that I refused to have service with her... Well it’s been 9 months already and she still hasn't given me my money back, not even a dime.... I had to go through all the trouble of arresting her for fraud and bringing her up on charges of 3rd degree felony theft and getting an attorney....Two bad she got out in just 3 days by using money she got from another lady promising to build her a home also...Also she is erasing my reviews so nobody can see the damage she has done to me and my family, and keeping any potential clients from finding out so she can con them into their money…..She is a scam artist Do NOT!!! I said DO NOT TRUST Bertha Solis and Husband Norberto Solis...or company name Solis Quality Homes.....AGAIN WARNING!!!!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.....She has been arrested and is out of jail…...Please Be Aware that she is a CRIMINAL!!!

This is the worst corporation I have dealt with. Absoulutely, no professionalism!!! They do not pay all vendors. They also do not return calls. The address on the yellow pages is no longer correct. Do not engage with this builder. They have liens on most of their properties due to non-payment.

No professionalism: This so claimed builder never answers phones, never returns calls, doesn't fix reported problems, and has no support staff to assist customers. I strongly do not recommend this builder. Many vendors for this builder also agree that Bertha does not pay bills on time therefore affecting closing on homes.
