I purchased a Groupon deal six months ago for Sol Yoga Studios. I activated my membership about four weeks ago and I am now completely addicted to hot yoga. I am not a yoga expert and I never really enjoyed yoga until I joined Sol Yoga.

The first thing I noticed was the kind and peaceful welcome I received when I checked in for my first class. On my first day I was directed to the locker rooms. I was amazed at how modern and clean everything looked. I’m just so used to the gym environment and this studio made me feel as if I was at a fancy spa.

There is one room in the facility where the yoga classes are held. It has light colored wooden floors and the toned down lights gives it an enticing tranquility. This room holds about 30 people comfortably. The instructors are very helpful and extremely encouraging. There are different membership levels that you can choose from depending on what is suitable to varying schedules and personal availability.

If you have never tried hot yoga, I would highly recommend testing it out at this studio. You might become addicted, too.
