This park is right on the East River and has a great view of Manhattan. Admission is free and they often have concerts, films, and other special events. The times that I have been there the sculptures have been quite unique, but nothing too spectacular. However, this is a good place to go on a nice day to just enjoy the view, particularly on weekends when there is a lot going on there.
