24x7 is a Joke with this company.‎

I called on a Sunday. I spoke with an answering service. After the third call I placed and 3 hours later, I received a call back from the technician on call that suggested I call them back on Monday. Don't even bother calling this company.‎

About what you would expect. Horrible‎

I used them every year for the yearly service where they check your unit out and advise of any repairs. Last year my compressor broke. Thankfully it was still under warranty and they replaced it for a nice $1100 (yes, no discount even though I used them every year). I called a person I knew that does industrial heating and cooling work and he told me it should have cost only about $400. This year they came out for the yearly service and told me I had low Freon and probably had a leak, yes, on the compressor they installed a year ago. They were even so nice as to go ahead and set up a maintenance call for me. No thanks. I called Total Comfort Solutions and the tech came out and checked my freon. It was within the perfect range. I had him redo the yearly service that Snyder had done, and he found a contactor that had burnt contacts and would have probably burnt up within the next few months. A part that TCS installed for me for $15 would have cost me who knows how much in a Snyder ...

Find a more responsible company that does...‎

If you can get an estimate from them you are doing better than I. They came out looked over the job and were going to e-mail an estimate. I am still waiting even after a phone call was made 10 days later to find out where it is. They were supposed to have returned my call that day and 3 days later, I am still waiting for the call. At this point, I would not do business with them if they beat the best estimate by $1000.‎
