As cheap as they are, that's the service you're going to get. They will go apply the first round of pest control, but once they need to go out there for follow ups, they start questioning everything under the sun. They will even go to the lengths of blaming other sources for the pests instead of going out there for follow ups. The customer services is terrible. When you first call, they seem nice, but once you start to schedule follow ups and start asking questions, they have the WORST customer service. I was hung up on by the owner himself. (some Vidal character). This company has no idea what customer service is. They're not about the service, they're about getting a buck out of YOUR pocket and blaming you if there are any pests that survive.‎
