I guess it depends when you go. I took my son in for Christmas and after having a bad experience at Sears and waiting for weeks for the photos, I wasn't expecting much (Wal-Mart takes just as long and they're really pushy). The photographer at Snappz (a girl) was very helpful and friendly and she took a lot of photos. The wait was awhile, I guess they were busy that day, but we got the printed photos back the next day and they were well retouched. Sears wanted to charge us for that and still take a week or so. I liked the fact they weren't pushy with the sales and told us we could go back anytime to order more. They could use better counter help, but given the price and excellent pictures it wasn't bad.

I went to take my sons christmas pictures this past December and was very unhappy with their service. I have taken him there before once and was very happy with their service the first time, but the second time was enough for me not to go back. The girl who took my sons pictures did not even make an effort to make him smile. He was 9 months old so it does not take much effort to do so. She asked us who is the one he laughs with the most, so my husband is the one that was talking to him to see if he could get a smile out of him. She kept snapping her fingers at him (my husband) telling him come on Dad, come on, we got to get a smile After about an hour or so we were back to review our pics and the same person helped us and she literally threw us a piece of paper here pick the poses you would like. She was too busy talking about her personal life with her coworker and had some other girl help us out. When the other girl asked one of her coworkers when our pics would be ready she said i am not going to do them today so tell them tomorrow after 4. His pics came out okay and dont get me wrong the prices are very reasonable, but I rather go to Sears or JcPenney and pay 2 or 3 times as much because of their unprofessionalism. Someone older than 19 needs to supervise these kids and make sure they are not socializing in front of customers.

Went there for some 'quick' snapshots, but I was extremely pleased to find them very professional. I don't know of anywhere where you get the photos same day and they look like something that should cost alot more. I've paid 3 or times as much at other studios and not been as impressed as I was with Snappz. I highly recommend them.

They took my son's photos and did an excellent job. I received my pictures the same day and I was really pleased. They have lots of background choices and took lots of poses.

my niece had some pictures taken there and they came out really well. they offer good deals on portrait packages and offer nice backgrounds and different poses.. it's located in the mall so it's convenient to get to
