Smokey Joe was wonderful. Excellent service. He tarps completely, takes time to explain what's going on with the fireplace and what is needed for it to burn properly. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My house was as clean after he left as when he showed up. I was very impressed with him and the service. He carried the spark arrestor I needed on his truck and installed it right then plus he made minor repairs to my chimney crown as part of the service fee.

Really, really nice man. Mr. Smokey Joe is meticulous in his work. Very neat and clean. My house was as clean as before he came to clean the chimney. He made repairs to the firebox while he was there. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why it needs to be done. No pressure to get you to do more or buy more either. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
