I have been taking my cars to Smitty's for years and have only good things to say about them. Being female, I find auto places are usually waiting to sell me something I don't need. That is not the case here. They always take time to explain to me what was wrong, what could go wrong in the future and what I can do myself. I have even taken the car in when I was hearing something in the brakes - and they drove it, looked at it and told me nothing was wrong. I have had all different kinds of vehicles - from a VW van to a Volvo to a Nissan - and they have fixed all of them competently and quickly. You don't find many family run businesses anymore - but there's continues because they are good people with a great product.

They had great customer support. I truly think they had my best interest at heart. They did not try to up sell me, and provided a fair price. I've been bringing my car in here for years, and will continue to do so into the future.

This family owned business is great when it comes to honestly fixing your car at a decent price. A woman can take her car in and know shes getting a straight answer.Every time I go there the problem is presented in terms I can understand. I've had a battery, several oil changes, and brakes done there. The customer service has been top notch! I see the same smiling faces every time I go there and people that work on the cars appear to be well trained.

As a woman I was so pleased to be treated with respect and not talked to like I don't know anything about whats under the hood.I already knew what was wrong and they came to me with the exact problem and it was fixed to my complete satisfaction. I now know where I will go in the future, Smitty's.

Great shop!!! I have taken my car to various shops over the years but after my first visit to Smittys I knew I had found a reliable repair stop that was above the rest. Great gang of employees which are happy to answer any questions I have regarding my car in terms that I understand. Have been going there for the past 8 years and will continue! Much Love Smittys
