I took my car to Smith because my heater had gone out in my car. When I picked up the car, my windshield was broken as the car was given to us. I was given every excuse by the dealer that there was preexisting damage even though their own check in paperwork showed there was none.

After endless phone calls to the owner of the dealership, being referred to many times as "Missy", and a threat of calling the local TV consumer reporter, the owner finally agreed to fix the windshield but not before making negative comments about my integrety!!!!

I would NOT recommend especially if you are female as they seem to be very bias!
