You have to be very careful and watch what they charge you - expect way more then contract amount with insurance company. If you don't notice that - your loss. Seems that most people don't know what dentist should charge if you have insurance, and this office staff gets very irritated and rude if someone points out an overcharge.
Also, after having a second opinion, I found out that I possibly had some unnecessary work done.
Don't trust, as they are very keen to get major work done and overcharge you.
Wasted a lot of time and money on Smile Image, no more.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are amazing. My entire family goes to Smile Image and we have all been very pleased by the high quality dental work at affordable prices. I recently had a root canal and thought that I would be tough and decided that I didn't need her to write me a prescription for any pain medication, I guess I didn't realize that a root canal actually hurts for a couple of days following the procedure. However, because Dr. Nguyen is so amazing I called her on a Saturday on her cell phone and she called in a prescription for me immediately. She also called me later that day and on Sunday to check and see how I was feeling. It is little things like the phone calls just to check in that really make her stand out above all other dentists that I have been to. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone looking for a trust worthy and caring dentist.
