I thought I landed in a gold mine when I found this place. I was quoted $3,000 for my braces while other places quoted me starting at $5,000. I was in my 2nd year of college and had to pay for this on my own so I opted to go with the cheaper one. I don’t understand why Dr. Gomez has such high reviews. His daughter Lauren was a senior in high school and she was the one changing my rubber bands out. I’m sure she’s not licensed or has the credential to be working as a Dental assistant. The only person in that entire office who was helpful was Lily. She helped me and answered all questions. Lastly, when I got my braces off, they were suppose to call me to pick up my retainers and never did so now I’m stuck with a shifted a crooked bottom tooth that my retainers can’t fix. This place is TERRIBLE. Dr. Gomez also never remembers who you are, he doesn’t take his patients seriously either.

I went to smile design center for implant evaluation. The dentist Luis Gomez and his manager Jose Chavez lied about dentist's experiences of implants and told me I was eligible. I was demanded to pay him several thousand dollars up front for implant. The dentist had no intention to perform implant at all after he collected money, and then told me I was not eligible for implant. He alleged putting in "bone graft" not for implant. I did not believe him. I went to other implant dentists and had implant successfully completed, and have used the implant greatly for years. Many dentists examined me and found I was perfectly suitable for implant, and there was no bone graft done by Luis Gomez. Luis Gomez did not accept his terrible implant failure. He refused to return any of my implant prepayment back, and even sent me harassing bills including several thousand dollars chair time. I was totally cheated. I later proved Luis Gomez and Jose Chavez have falsified dental record in numerous places and lied to investigations. He has court judgment against him.

I broke a tooth, went to my dentist and he sent me to an oral surgeon for a dental implant. He expected me to pay $4000.00 for one implant . DR Gomez did it for less than one third the price. I had no pain and DR Gomez only charged me $700 for the crown and he made it in his office the same day. One stop same day service.

This is a dental office advertising for implant, which really does not know how to do implant. It is a deceiving dental practice and lying to patients. This cheating dental office fakes as patient giving itself reviews and list its own phone number. Check Luis Gomez's numerous civil lawsuits. This dentist does not have any qualified certification to do implants.
