Best Value in a CPA Firm, Without Sacrificing Quality
I needed help with my business bookkeeping and payroll to keep costs down as much as possible as I shopped around they were one of the least expensive options out there and I really enjoyed talking with them. They were the most forthcoming with advice and help and didn't seem to be trying to nickel and dime me. Well after 6 months I can say that I made a great decision in hiring them as my payroll and bookkeeping service and will be hiring them as my financial controllers. They stayed true to their word and have done everything they promised they would at an extremely reasonable cost. Just wish I'd have met them sooner.

Saved me money
These guys are great. I went to them a couple weeks ago because I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed taxes. I normally just go to H&R Block to get my taxes done, but since this was a letter from the IRS, I decided that I needed to get a CPA. This was the best decision ever. Not only did they explain the letter, they amended my return, and my past returns. At the end of they day, I ended up getting more money back. I went in there with a letter from the government saying I owed money, and at the end of the day, the government was cutting me a check. How great is that.

Service that is worth paying a little extra!
I discovered (thanks to the IRS) that I had made an error on the return I prepared on TurboTax. I thought I was so smart doing my taxes myself to save about $50 bucks! Then...I got the IRS letter, nothing brings you down faster than getting your first letter from the Internal Revenue Service :( Well, I couldn't figure out what the letter was even saying so I called just to ask what it meant. They were great, had me stop by so they could read the letter that day. Wrote a response for me and told me what to send in with it. I was very thankful and will definitely be using them for tax service next year.

Providing a valuable service at affordable prices!
I walked in to their Lincoln Park office and they were able to get me in within 15 minutes. I have a new rental property and just wasn't comfortable using a home software program to prepare my return. They were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. I got back a few hundred dollars more than I expected. Great value!
