My sister used to go to Small Change and told me of a similar story of bad customer service. I was going to go there but she told me to try "this n that 4 kids" instead on n. chester. But I think i might see how bad small chage is. And if that lady is rude to me like she was with my sister i'll be sure to give her a piece of my mind.‎

I used to go in there all of the time to buy and sell back my son's clothing. Upon going in there, my last time, I had brought in a gently used swing in the original box. The buyer, the rude lady that everyone has mentioned, tested it out. She noticed that a single toy was missing from the swing, which never really mattered or would have been noticeable, very rudely pushed it off to the side and said she couldn't take it cause of the toy that was missing. I asked her if that really mattered cause it's not even noticeable, big mistake there. She looked at me, if looks could kill, and said that I either bring that missing toy back to her or I take the swing apart and get out of her store. I told her that she had put it together and that for being so rude to me that I thought she should take it apart and put it back in the box. She simply ignored me and walked away. Another customer there dropped the items she was going to purchase, walked over and helped me take it apart and ...

We always find great gently used clothing here. We are so happy it is in the neighborhood and hope it stays forever! Yay for Small Change!!!‎

I have been going to small change for over 15 years and have loved this store. The service was and has always been the best. I love the staff there as for they help you when you need something. I would recommend this store to anyone that wants good used clothes at an awesome low price.‎
