The clutter is actually overwhelming, and it's less like clutter; more like filth. If I ever left a 6" pair of scissors in my kid's room, you could be sure DCFS would be in quicker than they were to investigate Small Bizness. Perhaps by the time you called, there were no DCFS compaints on file, but that's only because those complaints disappear after one year. There WAS a DCFS complaint on file; of that I'm certain. Small center, not overcrowded...why? Very affordable? Sure, they charge the exact same amount at Village Children's Academy, which is much cleaner, much more updated, far more teachers, and a whole lot more learning. Beware, all you "high maintenance" moms out there; this place is a DUMP, and if Ihad a grandmother like one of these women, I'd strongly consider upping her meds, a lot!

I had to rate this, I believe the one and only rating is unfair!!! This is probably a highmaintence mom who is expecting a spoiled brat to get special treatment or something. Small Bizness has been here for over 30 years. The director is VERY NICE, LIKE A YOUNG GRANDMA teaching your kids every day!! Small center, not overcrowded. The clutter you find is actually toys and art supplies, just like at home in your child's room, multiplied. Very affordable! p.s. I called DCFS and DHS they have no complants on file.

Old and "experienced" teachers mean cookie cutter methods for cookie cutter kids. Mean spirited directors, absolutely filthy environment. If you're child comes home with an altered personality, don't assume it's a phase. Check DCFS on any center for violations prior to enrolling your child.
