Don't know their product
We are having to get rid of our complete new set....go somewhere else and start over! These people do not know their prouducts. It is all about MONEY...just making a sale. Pitful. Got this last of November2009...my husband can't sleep all night in the bed...sits up in the chair half the night because of this horrible mattress! Makes us sick! What a waste of money.They sold us the Tempur Pedic complete set to fit inside a king size bed....2 xl twins..my husband is heavy, and handicapped..couldn't move in the bed..sank to the bottom!Went back the next morning..they took his mattres only back..we told the problem..ask for a firm..his mattess...is still too soft..& is shorter than my mattress...slips off the side..leaves a huge crack in the middle of the bed..pitful...they are horrible!We went back...they would do nothing! Over $5000 blown to the wind! They don't know their product...and don't care. We went to Woodhill in Lexington!

We purchased a mattress from them 4 months ago...we have tried
We purchased a mattress from them 4 months ago...we have tried for 1 month to get someone to come inspect the mattress. Visually it is higher on the right hand corner than the middle or even the other side. It did not sleep well and we rolled to the middle. Finally the "delivery guy" came out to "inspect" the mattress. I received a call today from the Customer service man that said that our mattress was only 1 inch off....it had to be 1 1/2 inches off before the warranty would cover it. I was even willing to give them my business again and buy a Tempurpedic from them if they would take it back. They will NOT back up their merchandise, nor do they sell quality merchandise. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
