Bad Customer Service
I would NOT recommend this spa! I bought a photofacial package for thousands and got burned....not only once, but twice. I was then told to buy products to sooth my skin! When I spoke to the manager, ( who might I add was yelling very loudly on the phone) she told me it is not in her job description to handle those types of problems and I need to go home ,write a leter to customer service, and wait. This was the the most dissapointing spa experience I have ever had. Whats more....when I called customer service, I did not even receive a call back
