Laser Hair and Thermage
I think Dr Chen is great. He is professional, nice and very knowledgeable about skin care. I am doing laser hair removal and it is the only place in town that has the cool laser that does not hurt that i know of. He has also done thermage on my face and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone!

I got a gift certificate for Skin Therapy Center for my birthday. I eagerly made an appointment for a facial. The day of my appointment I went into the center and was bombarded with this pushy Dr. Chen trying to sell me more than a facial. He ended up giving me a chemical peel (which is not what I asked for). When the procedure was completed, the doctor only wiped the solution off my face minimally before I left his office. This doctor had terrible bed-side mannor! Throughout the procedure he tried to talk me into other procedures and lotion/solutions to purchase. When ringing out at the desk the lady charged me for the whole amount of the procedure and did not honor my gift card, for whatever reason. The next day my face was burning, hot, irritated and blotchy. My skin was peeling in multiple areas. I was not told by the doctor or the check-out nurse that any of these symptoms would occur.
