Don't waste your money here
I've been to a lot of spas before, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. The place was dirty, thestaff was rude, my services did not start on time and I did not get the full time that I payed for. I don't think I should pay for my therapists to laugh outside the room or spend 10 minutes talking to me before I get my service..

THE WORST SPA EXPERIENCE I'VE EVERY HAD
Staff was rude and constantly walked back and forth through the "relaxation lounge".

Massage was mediocre at best. Therapist would not stop talking and telling me which muscles were tense. I wanted to say, "Yes, my muscles are tense. That's why I'm here getting a massage!"

During my massage, I could hear little girls screaming and laughing the entire time (they were 7-9 years old according to my MT, but were in the Teens Too portion of the spa).

Manager was not accomodating and tried to sell me products even after I had complained about the above.

All they care about at this location is getting your money. SELL, SELL, SELL. There's even a sign at the front desk saying to push upgrades. This is clearly visible to customers.

I will never go back.

Don't Waste Your Time
At the Brier Creek location, I have to say that the some of the front desk team are some of the most unprofessional, unaffected people I've had to deal with. I booked an appoinment for my mother's birthday to get the facial of her choice.I made sure to let my mother know to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of her service. My mother arrives early, introduces herself to the manager, who checks her in. After my mom has been sitting in the lounge for 45 MINUTES, the manager CALLS her on the phone while she's sitting in the lounge asking her if she was coming in for her service! After sitting there for an hour, my mom gets up and leaves. I call the location and asked Laura (spa director) what happend with my mom and the only explanation she could give me was "We made a mistake" and then asked me if my mom would like to reschedule, not offering her any type of compensation for her lost time or an incentive to want to come back. This is riduculous. They want to preach top-notch customer service and fail to deliver every time.

Best spa in Raleigh, hands down.
Best spa in Raleigh, hands down. I've had massages and facials here, and the therapists are very knowledgeable as well as relaxing. This is the BEST massage I've had, including those I've experienced in New York and L.A. Definitely must experience to see for yourself!

Terrible Customer Service VERY BAD ATTITUDES!
My wife received a gift certificate to this place and decided to call and use her gift card. When she called she was told that she had to use a credit card to reserve the appointment. She did not have her credit cards with her so they would not reserve an appointment for her. The girl on the phone was very rude and abrasive and talked down to my wife as if she were a bother to her on the phone. My wife tried to get them to hold the reservation with the Gift Card, but was told that they could not do that. My wife went in person to the spa and spoke with the manager to see about resolving this situation. The manager told her that they would hold the gift card to ensure the reservation AFTER the girl on the phone said they would not do that! My wife asked for a cash refund for the card and was told that they would refund the money to her friend that gave her the Gift Card. I understand having to ensure that appointments are kept, but do not understand why my wife was told over the phone that they would not do something that they then deicded to do after she showed up in person. What a waste of time and effort. I will never again even think about buying a gift certificate from this place. I will go back to La Therapie where both my wife & I were treated like valued customers rather that Skin Sense where they treat you like a second class citizen who they are doing a favor for.
