I took in a family heirloom to be appraised and when I returned to pick it up they had to tell me they had misplaced the piece in the store and could not find it. It was obvious to me that it had been stolen, but they would not admit it. They tried to appease me by replacing the piece with something they thought was comparable. The replacement did not match what I had lost and I find it too gaudy to wear. It has been over a year and they still have not found the piece that they "lost" within their store. I would be very cautious using this establishment.
