Bad Business Practices

I would not recommend these folks. I received a quote for twenty dollars less than the bill they tried to give me. I refused to pay. Next, I picked up my steering column which they left disassembled and missing critical parts. They were polite the whole time, but fail terribly as a business. Thank god I did not do expensive business with them, because they'll present a bill 20% higher after the fact. Please stay away.‎

I originally called Cypress Locksmith for keys locked in a trunk of a car. I was informed that they do not perform services on automobiles, but they recommended Sixberry Locksmith. Sixberry is a family run company and both father and son are very knowledgeable locks. After several attempt Sixberry was able to open the trunk and they charged me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for both auto and home (doors & safes)‎
