When our company started using Simplified Office Systems, we really liked it. It is a fairly bigger company that services many large companies, so it was sometimes a bit difficult to get immediate service for our machines or toner if we would run out. When we found a company that was less expensive, it was hard for us to get out of contract and we had to pay a big fee, so my only real complaint would be the very long term contracts. Everything else could be overlooked.
