This incident goes back a few years but, still a bad experience. I purchased a LadiesRolex watch from this store. I have a receipt that reads "100% authentic Rolex Watch" I paid $5000.00 for the watch. A couple of years after I purchased it was running slow so I called the store. I was told it needs to be serviced every few years. The cost is $200.00. I had them service it. It never really ran properly but I lived with it. I moved out of state and decided to get it serviced again about 2 years later. I sent it to THE Rolex Service Center in Dallas, Tx. They contacted me saying they couldn't work on the watch b/c it doesn't have authentic Rolex parts inside and it would cost $1500.00 to bring it up to standard. Wow....that was a real shock and dissappointment. My husband contacted the jewlery store. They blew us off. I would never trust that operation. Don't do business with them. Run away.They are crooks.

This is a 5 star jeweler. From the minute you walk in you like a star. Located on Park Ave in Winter Park. Their store is always well keep. Their employees are so willing to help and answer any questions you have. Price is average for Park Ave. Will shop there again.
